This notice describes the website’s current data handling. It is operational information, not legal advice.

Appointment requests

When you send the form, the site processes your name, phone number, optional email, selected service, vehicle details, and message so the shop or its authorized website team can respond. Do not include payment information or other sensitive personal details.

Spam protection and delivery

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, including Turnstile spam checks. MailerSend delivers appointment notifications. A site-scoped CMS lead inbox may receive the same request when that integration is enabled. Access and final recipient routing are managed by the business and its authorized website provider.

Limited attribution

The site may retain the entry-page path, referral origin, approved campaign parameters, ad click identifiers, submission path, and basic browser/session context. Arbitrary query strings, URL fragments, full referring paths, message bodies, and browser user-agent strings are not stored as attribution. First-touch attribution expires after no more than 90 days; session context is limited to the current browser session.

Maps and external links

The current site links to Google Maps for directions but does not load a Google map inside the page. Following that link takes you to Google, where Google’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
